Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Mastermind: Develop and execute a cutting-edge social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Content Guru: Create, curate, and manage captivating content—posts, videos, reels, graphics, and paid ads—that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Campaign Architect: Plan and launch dynamic campaigns for academic programs, executive training, and events.
  • Analytics Whiz: Monitor engagement and analytics to fine-tune performance and maximise impact.
  • CRM Pro: Leverage CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads, nurture prospects, and drive email marketing campaigns.
  • Ad Strategist: Design and deploy targeted ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Collaborative Innovator: Work with teams to ensure a unified message across all channels.
  • Storyteller: Develop high-quality, audience-specific content that showcases LABS programs, testimonials, success stories, and unique offerings.
  • Planner Extraordinaire: Align content calendars with recruitment seasons, program deadlines, and training schedules.
  • Data Analyst: Dive into campaign performance metrics, website traffic, and audience insights to generate actionable reports.
  • Brand Champion: Boost LABS' and University of Sunderland TNE's brand visibility locally and globally.
  • Trendsetter: Identify new trends, opportunities, and tools to keep LABS at the forefront of digital education marketing.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in social media management, digital marketing, and lead generation (preferably within education or professional training sectors).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM Systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
  • Creative Flair: Ability to develop visually stunning and engaging content.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills with an eagle eye for detail.
