Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Research social media trends
- Manage all social media platforms
- Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (2 to 5 per week)
- Channel communication to appropriate teams within the organisation
- Collaborate with other teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure brand consistency
- Monitor the impact of social media activities and continually revise for optimal market performance
- Conceptualise and implement innovative tactics to increase followers, impressions, engagements, profile visits, likes + shares and drive traffic to other sales & marketing channels
- Other ad-hoc duties as may be delegated
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant course of study
- Experience in a start-up environment
- 2+ years of relevant working experience
- Experience in content management
- Prior work in a service-oriented environment
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Verifiable track record in successfully managing and growing commercial social media accounts
