Social Media Manager


Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive website traffic.
  • Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create compelling and engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, aligned with the brand's tone and style.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media activities align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and use data insights to optimize campaigns and content.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, algorithms, and tools to continuously improve the brand's online presence.


Requirements:

  • OND/HND, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience in creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective demographics, and best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to craft engaging content.
  • Analytical skills to measure and interpret social media performance metrics.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
