  • We are seeking a highly creative, skilled and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will develop, implement and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms while creating engaging content, growing our online presence and drive website traffic and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (eg. Original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Collaborate with other teams like marketing, sale and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (eg. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in social media marketing or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications or related field
  • Proven track records of success in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions
  • Excellent content creation
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics
  • Experience with social media management tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
