We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sous Chef / Chef De Parte
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and motivate the shift team to deliver a high standard of food preparation and service, whilst building and motivating them;
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty;
- Supervising and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you;
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety;
- Monitoring portion and waste control to keep within your budget;
- Helping the Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus;
Qualifications
- SSCE / HND / BSC / OND plus 2 years relevant experience.
