Responsibilities:

Provide a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other therapeutic services tailored to client needs.
Conduct consultations with clients to assess their requirements and recommend appropriate treatments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil spa environment to enhance the client experience.
Ensure the proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of spa equipment and tools.
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend products to support their wellness goals.
Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety throughout all services.
Keep accurate records of treatments provided and manage client bookings effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and products to offer innovative services.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless spa operations and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

OND, HND or BSC degree majoring in Science, Nursing, Medicine, or other Health Related Fields.
Certification with reputable Health bodies and Spa Therapy courses is an added advantage.
One to Two years experience. Experience in the Spa or beauty industry is an added advantage.

Additional Skills:

Must have good knowledge of massage and the various types, facial treatments, and skin care.
Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
Clear written communication and strong interpersonal skills
Self-starter and highly motivated
Effective Time Management skill
Ability to follow through on tasks with minimal direction.
