Responsibilities
Client Consultations:
- Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
- Recommend suitable treatments based on client concerns and desired outcomes.
Delivering Treatments:
- Perform a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.
- Provide specialized treatments such as aromatherapy, reflexology, or hot stone therapy, depending on training.
Maintaining Hygiene and Safety:
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools are sanitized and meet health and safety regulations.
- Use appropriate techniques and products for each client’s skin type or health condition.
Client Care and Professionalism:
- Ensure clients are comfortable before, during, and after treatments.
- Address client concerns and provide aftercare advice for prolonged benefits.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Product Knowledge and Retailing:
- Stay informed about the spa’s products and recommend suitable ones to clients.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client’s experience.
Administrative Duties:
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client records, including medical history and treatment details.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work with other spa staff, such as receptionists and managers, to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest techniques and trends.
Upholding Spa Standards:
- Follow company policies and standards for service excellence.
- Create a serene and relaxing ambiance for clients through lighting, music, and aromatherapy.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 years of experience.
