Are you passionate about fashion and have strong leadership skills? Gidi Chic Boutique, a premier destination for trendy and stylish clothing, is seeking a Female Store Supervisor to manage our store operations and lead our sales team to success.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and manage merchandise displays.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
Ensure the boutique is well-organized, clean, and aligned with Gidi Chic’s brand image.
Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-3 years) in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in retail or fashion.
Passion for fashion and an eye for style and trends.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
