- Are you an experienced Storekeeper looking for a challenging role in the real estate and property construction industry?
- DreamCity Group is currently seeking a dedicated Storekeeper to join our team.
- As a Storekeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing our construction materials and supplies efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for construction projects.
- Issue materials and supplies to construction teams as per project requirements.
- Keep accurate records of all transactions and inventory levels using inventory management software.
- Coordinate with QS, suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Implement proper storage and handling procedures to prevent damage or loss of materials.
- Conduct regular stock audits/counts and report any discrepancies to the management.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / Bachelor's Degrees
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Storekeeper in the real estate or construction industry.
- Relevant educational qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
