We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Storekeeper / Sales Representative
Locations: Ikeja and Alaba International Market, Ojo - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Product knowledge: Must have conversant knowledge and understanding of the features, uses, and benefits of the business products. (Phone Accessories, Electrical Products, Home Appliances - Electronics and Mobile Phones)
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns; Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts.
- Good in Inventory management,
- Receiving and Supply of Goods into and out of Warehouse/Store to Branches and Customers
- Prepare and submit weekly Sales / Inventory reports to management
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
- Create cost-benefit analyses of customers.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Regularly reach out to potential customers
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years plus of Sales and Store Keeping experience.
- Experience with mobile phones and electronic technology.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Products knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Salary
N100,000 - N125,000 per month.
