- Can build instant rapport with customers.
- Know how to create buzz on the streets and online.
- Think outside the box to market our brand.
- Are adaptable, energetic, and self-motivated.
Key Responsibilities
- Boost Sales: Promote our offers and drive footfall to our outlets.
- Marketing on the Move: Use your street smarts to organize creative local campaigns (think guerilla marketing, pop-up events, etc.).
- Engage Locally: Build relationships with the community to promote our brand.
- Social Media Savvy: Post content that trends, drives engagement, and connects with our audience.
What You Bring
- No education is required, we need people who write and speak good English, dress well, and achieve the set marketing goals.
- Hustle. Passion. Energy. (Experience is a bonus, but personality is king!)
- A knack for sales and persuasion.
- Knowledge of the local area and what makes it tick.
- A smartphone and the ability to use social media effectively.
- Availability to work flexible hours when the streets are buzzing.
