Team Lead - Credit Consulting and Advisory


Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage the Credit Management & Advisory department, ensuring the delivery of business goals.
  • Drive credit counselling, brokerage, collections, recovery, fraud management, and customer support services.
  • Market the company's services, create brand visibility, and generate new business.
  • Supervise and develop a high-performing team while aligning with the company’s values and culture.
  • Identify customer needs and manage value-added services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA/M.Sc. is a plus).
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience, including 4+ years in a similar role.
  • Strong background in banking and credit risk management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
