Description

  • Our client is seeking a Technical Consultant to support its sales and client success teams. This role bridges technical expertise and customer engagement, focusing on pre-sales consulting, requirement gathering, and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct requirement gathering, client demos, and technical webinars.
  • Run proofs of concept to validate product fit for clients.
  • Manage tickets, resolve client issues, and monitor usage trends for cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work with sales and engineering teams to provide tailored solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) or HND in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or customer success roles.
  • Familiarity with requirement gathering, demos, and proofs of concept.
  • Proficiency in managing tickets and providing ongoing client support.
  • Knowledge of customer success strategies, including cross-selling techniques.
