Technical Sales Manager


Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Armorsil’s range of construction chemicals and building materials to prospective clients and partners.
  • Provide technical guidance and product recommendations tailored to clients' project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and deliver effective product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve customer inquiries and ensure the highest quality of service.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to support strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Not less than 6 years’ experience as a Technical Sales Manager/Engineer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role within the construction chemicals or building materials industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain product benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
