Job Description

  • We are a seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical sales manager to join the team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, actively promoting the products or services, and achieving sales targets.
  • Our client requires someone with a creative and analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in executing successful campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for following up on leads, converting leads into sales, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
  • Utilize LinkedIn to identify potential leads and engage with individuals interested in our film. Respond to comments and convert engagements into opportunities.
  • Strong technical skills are required, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to learn and use various apps and web apps independently.
  • Strategic thinking and planning
  • Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies.
  • Take charge of all follow-up sales activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with prospects.
  • Set performance goals and regularly assess team performance.
  • Foster a positive and results-oriented work environment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives and address escalated concerns.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and retention.
  • Forecast sales and manage budgets effectively.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.
  • Ensure the team is informed about product updates, market trends, and organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3 years and above experience in Technical Sales is required
  • Familiar with sales work tools and has worked with tech companies
  • Tech-savvy with a solid grasp of Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and the ability to learn and use new software independently.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with the team.
  • Passion for sales and marketing, focusing on achieving sales targets.

Salary
N500,000 - M600,000 / Month.
