Job Title: Telemarketer / Deal and Ticket Closer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  • Make outbound telephone calls to potential customers to generate new business leads and sales
  • Present company products or services to potential customers and address any questions or concerns they may have
  • Use persuasion and negotiation techniques to close sales and meet monthly targets
  • Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and lead generation using CRM software
  • Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and achieve team goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Engage clients brought in by the traditional marketers and close out on them.

Required Skills

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of telemarketing or sales experience; with industry knowledge in immigration consulting, banking sectors
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Banking experience is an added advantage.

Remuneration
Salary + Commission.
