Job Description
- As a Tour Guide will be responsible for conducting guided tours, communicating effectively with clients, providing exceptional customer service, sharing historical insights, and generating sales through tour packages.
- The role requires a mix of on-site and remote work to cater to client needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Guided Tours and History knowledge.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Marketing and Sales experience.
- Ability to adapt to diverse groups of people.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, History, Communications, or related field.
