- The Training Centre Administrator will play a key role in the management and coordination of training programs at our Training Centre.
- The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting training and development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will:
- Organize and schedule training sessions and workshops.
- Enroll participants and manage attendance records.
- Oversee training materials and assist instructors with documentation.
- Liaise with trainers, participants, and stakeholders.
- Assist in budget planning and track training expenses.
- Prepare reports on program outcomes and participant feedback.
- Ensure training compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide administrative support and manage online training platforms.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements for training programs.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
