Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager at Quality Foods Africa Group in Lagos.
  • The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for staff, assessing training needs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Additionally, the Training Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.

Qualifications

  • Training and Development, Training Needs Assessment, and Training Program Development skills
  • Experience in conducting training sessions and evaluating training effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or related field
