We are in need of qualified truck and bus drivers with valid drivers license for immediate employment.
Job Description
- Transport assigned stock to and from assigned destinations promptly.
- Make sure you record and give a daily update about the condition of the assigned vehicle to you promptly.
- Give a daily update about your official assignment to the assigned inventory officer/Inventory Manager.
- Ensure you arrive at delivery destinations on schedule
- Fulfil administrative needs, like office pickups
- Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays
- Use navigation applications to determine the best route
- Interact with clients professionally at all times
- Ensure the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use, strictly following the
- Company's operating Procedures and guidelines.
- Report vehicle faults and deficiencies promptly to the assigned Logistics officer.
- Keep mileage records and repair records up to date.
- Keep a daily record of your delivery activities and notify the customer care unit after each delivery.
- Must submit a weekly report of your activities to your line supervisor.
- When you are assigned to collect cash, remit daily proceeds at a bank or to assigned staff daily.
- Perform other assigned jobs by your supervisor.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Mushin with at least SSCE/OND and 2 years driving experience.
