Job Description
Responsibilities:
User Research and Analysis:
- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Analyze user behavior, preferences, and pain points to inform design decisions.
- Create user personas, user journey maps, and storyboards.
UI Design:
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, color schemes, and branding.
UX Design:
- Develop workflows, navigation schemes, and interaction designs that enhance usability.
- Optimize designs based on usability testing and feedback.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Testing and Iteration:
- Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices to incorporate innovative ideas.
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE certificate
- 2 years of working experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showing design work
