Job Summary
- The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for selling Estakem products directly from a van to customers, retail outlets, and in rural areas on Lagos Mainland.
- This individual will manage their own route, ensure timely deliveries, and maximize sales opportunities.
- The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage and grow client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive the sales van to designated routes, ensuring timely deliveries to customers and retail outlets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ensure product availability in stores by checking inventory levels and making regular deliveries.
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to potential customers.
- Keep the van stocked and organized, ensuring proper care of inventory.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities in assigned territories to boost product visibility.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activity and report market trends to the Sales Supervisor.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Supervisor.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and driving regulations.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a professional certification in relevant fields with 2- 7years work experience.
- The ability to drive and possession of a valid driver's license is a pre-requisite.
