- A proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a strong aptitude for multitasking in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage email correspondence, calendar scheduling (appointments, reminders and events).
- Organize and maintain digital files and records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts or other professional platforms.
- Handle data entry and maintain databases.
- Perform research on assigned tasks and summarize findings.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support client onboarding or customer success initiatives.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a minimum of B.Sc Degrees in Business Administration or related fields
- 3 - 5 years proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to learning new tools and systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
