Job Title: Virtual Retail Banker
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Engage Mass Affluent Inactive and dormant accounts towards reactivations.
- Drive the adoption of active customers on digital platforms and lending platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through virtual engagements.
- Understand customers' needs, preferences, and financial goals to offer tailored solutions that align with the customer’s financial objectives.
- Deepen customer relationships by cross-selling the bank’s products, services, and offerings.
- Improve portfolio quality through the growth of Current and Savings Accounts.
- Implement strategies and initiatives to engage customers and ensure their continued participation and utilization of the services.
- Monitor account activity and take appropriate actions to retain customer interest and satisfaction, thus safeguarding against inactivity.
- Carry out consistent engagement with the portfolio customers with accurate & and complete capture of interaction details.
- Ensure accurate logging and escalation of complaints.
- Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer queries.
