Job Title: Virtual Retail Banker

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Engage Mass Affluent Inactive and dormant accounts towards reactivations.
  • Drive the adoption of active customers on digital platforms and lending platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through virtual engagements.
  • Understand customers' needs, preferences, and financial goals to offer tailored solutions that align with the customer’s financial objectives.
  • Deepen customer relationships by cross-selling the bank’s products, services, and offerings.
  • Improve portfolio quality through the growth of Current and Savings Accounts.
  • Implement strategies and initiatives to engage customers and ensure their continued participation and utilization of the services.
  • Monitor account activity and take appropriate actions to retain customer interest and satisfaction, thus safeguarding against inactivity.
  • Carry out consistent engagement with the portfolio customers with accurate & and complete capture of interaction details.
  • Ensure accurate logging and escalation of complaints.
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer queries.
