Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service and deliver food and beverage service in line with brand standards.
- Manage daily cutlery stock, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
- Ensure sufficient plates, cutlery, and glasses are prepared and ready for breakfast and dinner service.
- Provide attentive and efficient wait service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Understanding of food safety standards.
