Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
Present menus and help guests select food and beverages.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience and address any concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Set up tables according to restaurant standards.
Clear and reset tables quickly between guests.
Assist in preparing and serving beverages and desserts.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service.
Support colleagues in other areas as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Provide information about Magida Gardens' services, menu items, and events.
Uphold Magida Gardens' standards of service excellence at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
