The Federal University, Oye-Ekiti is one of the new-generation federal universities in Nigeria because it was established in 2011 alongside 9 other universities under the regime of the former president of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. Gaining Admission into the Federal University Oye-Ekiti

The only way to gain admission into FUOYE is to have passed your UTME very well and pick the school as your first choice. This year, Federal University, Oye-Ekiti opted for a screening exercise to evaluate students and assign grades based on their academic performance, eliminating the need for a post-UTME examination.
